Link Options

Link Details	Option	Description
1	URL	The link URL to view the Jira issue
2	Link Name	The link name is for internal use only and will not be shared with the link
3	Description	The link description is for internal use only and will not be shared with the link
4	Use Public Link	The link name value will be used to prepare named link
5	Send via email	Send the link and additional details via email directly in the app

1	View comments	All existing comments will be visible on the shared link
2	Add comments	Anyone with access to the link can add comments, no Jira account or license required!
3	List linked issues	All linked issues will be listed on the shared link. This includes: Link-type Issue type Issue key Summary Status
4	Share linked issues content	Share linked issues content with the same rules as the current shared issue
5	Allow change status	It will be possible to change the issue status. This option needs to be enabled by a parent configuration. More details: Issue status transition on shared page
6	View changelog	All history items from changelog will be visible on the shared link
7	View attachments	All existing attachments will be visible on the shared link
8	Add attachments	Anyone with access to the link can add attachments, no Jira account or license is required!
9	List sub-tasks	All linked issues will be listed on the shared link. This includes: Issue type Issue key Summary Status Priority
10	Share sub-tasks content	Share sub-task content with the same rules as the current shared issue
11	Allow share worklog	Work logged by Jira users will be displayed on the shared page

Link Details	Option	Description
1	Set link expiration date and time	Set a date and time, after which the link will no longer work This option can be set to mandatory in Global Settings
2	Expires in	Set a time from now when the link will expire. Options are: Hour Day Week Month Year
3	Expires at	Set a specific date and time when the link will expire
4	Protect link with password	Set a secure password to protect the link. You can generate a random password.

1	Share only with the following users	The link will be available only for the selected user
2	Enter valid email address	Users of the entered email addresses will receive a notification about the shared link
3	Notify newly added users	Notification about share will be sent to all newly added users

1	Status	Shows the status of the link. Possible options are:
2	Created	The date and time the link was created
3	Created by	The user who created the link
4	Last time updated	The date and time the link was last edited
5	Last updated by	The user who last edited the link
6	Opened	The number of times the link has been visited
