New features

External Share Notifications NEW

Email notifications are now sent to selected users when a mention "@External Share" is used.

Activity Tracking NEW

Activity tab now displays issue that were visited indirectly using JQL, Roadmap, and Board shares.

Image Support NEW

Users may now view images while editing the description.

Share List Export NEW

The project/global share lists can now be exported to CSV format.

Improvements

Roadmap Share View Enhancements IMPROVED

The Roadmap share view has been improved for better usability - additional tools have been added including weeks, months and quarters view options.

Activity List Export IMPROVED

Users can now export their activity list to a CSV file.

Shared Issue Description Editing IMPROVED

Shared issue descriptions can now be edited for greater flexibility, this feature is compatible with dark mode.

Bug fixes

Validation Dates for API Keys FIXED

Validation dates for API keys are now operational in Global Settings, earlier setting this values could result in errors and block operations at times.

Inline images in comments FIXED

Inline comment images added in Jira are now displaying correctly on shared pages.

Edit Share Action FIXED

The Edit Share action now displays properly when accessed from the project and global settings' activity tab.

Column Configuration FIXED

Columns are now displayed according to configuration settings in Customize Column in Global Settings, earlier all columns were displayed regardless of user configuration.

Public Link Password FIXED

Status transition via drag and drop now functions properly when a board share has a public link and is password protected.

Board Nullpointer Due to API Data Format FIXED

Shared board would not show up due to unexpected worklog format data from Jira API.

Roadmap ClassCastException Due to API Date Format FIXED

Roadmap would not show up due to unexpected due-date data format from Jira API.

Roadmap Missing Due Date FIXED

Roadmap would not show up due to lack of due-date for Issue.

Roadmap Assignee Data Collection Issue FIXED

Roadmap would not show up due to problem with collecting data about assignee.

Issue View Not Displayed Due to Comment Metadata Handling Issue FIXED

Issue view would not show up due to mishandling comment metadata on our side.
