Overview

External collaborators or clients, also called external viewers, can create an External Share for Jira Account for the app, which allows them to access shared Jira content across multiple Jira instances. With a single account, they can use all features available to external users while maintaining one unified profile, password, and account settings.

External users have access to:

• External Watch
• Registration
• Dashboard
• Settings
• Collaborating on Shared Work Items
• Managing Worklog and Time Tracking for External Users
• Creating Work Items as an External User
