Shared with you

Lists of external links shared with you using the Selected Users (Share with specific users) feature. You can use filters to search for both active and expired ones.

Subscriptions

View all the pages you are currently subscribed.

  • To subscribe, click the “Start Watching” button within the external share content.

Activity

In the Activity tab, you can view actions you've performed, such as:

  • Links you have viewed, voted

  • Links you have subscribed to

Each entry also shows the related work item key and summary, and clicking an activity takes you directly to that work item.

Votes

This tab shows the shared items you have voted on. Each row displays the work item key and summary, the share name, and the date of the vote. Clicking an entry takes you directly to the related work item.

Subscribe invitations

In this section, you can view subscription invitations that have been sent to user.

How to Send a Subscription Invitation

Send a one-time invite link to an external user by clicking “Invite watchers” under Start Watching.

The user will receive an email notification containing:

  • A link to the shared content

  • A subscription link that automatically subscribes them after access

Mentions Permissions

This section allows users to manage their Jira notification settings, including enabling or disabling mentions.

Mentions

Mentions tab shows all places where external users were mentioned in shared Jira contents.

In the Mentions tab, external users can see the following information:

  • Share name (opens the shared view)

  • Comment preview (opens the exact comment where you were mentioned)

  • User who created the mention

  • Jira instance where the mention was created

  • Mentioned date and time

  • Share deleted date and time, if applicable

 

Worklogs

Worklogs tab allows external users to log, view, and manage their own time spent on work items directly from the dashboard.
