To ensure proper application functionality our app have to have access to view page and add attachments.

Space permissions

In Space > Space permissions

check if Contract Signatures for Confluence (or Document Sign for Confluence) user can View page and Add comment

If you are using page restrictions check if Contract Signatures for Confluence (or Document Sign for Confluence) user can edit page:
