Login to your Microsoft account, you can follow this link: https://account.microsoft.com/
Navigate to the Security tab on the navigation bar

1. Select the “Advanced security options” card

   

    

   • Scroll down and find the “Additional security” section

   • Turn on and Create “Two-step verification”

     

      

2. Scroll down and find the “App passwords” section, this section is placed right below the “Additional security” section.

   

   • Click on the “Create a new app password” button

3. Copy the newly create app password and save it, this will be used later, click on Done.

   

    

    

4. Navigate to the Contract Signatures Global Settings

5. On the Contract Signatures “Custom email” section, enter the values as described below
