New Features

Lite Version Page Editing NEW

Users can now edit pages in the lite version, Lite users can also take advantage of External Share macro support for Confluence.

Exclude Page Section from Sharing NEW

Now, you can exclude a specific part of the page from being shared with external users. This is useful for keeping sensitive information private while sharing other parts of the page.

Jira Workflow Management Filter, Board Link, and Roadmap Link Support for Confluence NEW

Users can now simply copy and paste the link from Jira Workflow Management Filter, Board Link, and Roadmap and view the result on Confluence, External Share for Confluence supports viewing this content.

Improvements

Comment deletion UI IMPROVED

We've updated the confirmation pop-up for comment deletion to make it look more polished and user-friendly.

GIF, SVG, and WebP support IMPROVED

Comments now support GIF, SVG, and WebP formats, making it easier for users to share different types of content.

Improve Privileges IMPROVED

We've made several improvements to user privileges, ensuring that users have the appropriate access levels and permissions. Documentation.

Selected user shared page message IMPROVED

We've made several improvements to selected user functionality in Confluence, providing better visibility and control for users sharing pages.
Specifically, these improvements enable external users to either login with a selected user account (if they are not logged-in) or alternatively enables them to switch accounts from the same page.

SSO - Service provider login URL hint IMPROVED

We've added a hint to the service provider login URL, reminding users to set up their workspace first.

Option to add Images to comments IMPROVED

Users can now add images to comments.

Bug Fixes

Create share permission FIXED

We've fixed a permission check issue that allowed users to create new shares using the "Create External Share" page menu button, regardless of create share permission being disabled.

Inline-Code in dark mode FIXED

Inline-code formatting is now visible in dark mode in both viewing and edit mode.

Issue with SSO account creation Email FIXED

We've resolved an issue with SSO account creation emails not being sent.

Code snippet in dark mode FIXED

Code snippet formatting is now compatible with dark mode.

Public link commenting FIXED

We've fixed an error that was preventing external users from commenting when a public link was enabled.

Comment deletion FIXED

We've fixed a dialogue issue that was preventing comment deletion.

We've resolved an issue with the list view where shrinking the browser would cause elements to overlap.
