Create an approval definition
Definitions can be created only on the global or space level (by global or space admins).
Go to “Apps”/”Space apps” on the Confluence left menu.
Click the Approval Path button.
Open the “Definitions” tab.
Click the “Create” button at the bottom of the table.
A new Approval Path form opens. You can add a step or a parallel group.
The Approval Path Name is required. It is important because later you will start an approval path from a list of created definitions.
To create a step, click the Add step button and choose a step type.

To create a parallel group, click the Add parallel group button. Drag and drop step/steps in the marked area.
