Shared board

Using External Share for Jira you can share boards.

Click the “External Share” button in the project side panel.

On the "View Links" page click “Create External Share Board”

Select the board, you want to share and select the options you require (see Link Options for more details). Options will apply to all issues on chosen board.

If you want to share board created with saved filter, make sure your filter is visible for “External Share for Jira” user.

To do it:

1. Go to the filter details and click edit permissions.

   

2. Change viewers to “my organization”

   

Now board can be chosen in the share form.

The Shared board displays issues grouped by status.
