Activities
1. Share-level activity (individual Share link)
Internal users can view activity details for a specific Share link by editing the Share and navigating to the Activity tab.
Share activity overview
Each Share includes the following summary information:
Created by
Created date & time
Last updated by
Last updated date & time
Status (e.g. ACTIVE)
Opened (number of views)
Filters available in Share activity
Internal users can filter activity logs using the following fields:
Source
All / Issue / Comment / Attachment
Action
All, Added, Deleted, Edited, Viewed, Updated, Status Changed
User
Search by user name
Email
Search by email address
Sorting and export
All columns can be sorted in ascending or descending order
Activity data can be exported to CSV
2. Global activity view (External Share admin)
External Share admins can view all activities across all shares by navigating to:
External Share app → Activity
Logged fields (Global activity list)
Each activity entry includes:
Project
Link
Source
Action
User
Email
IP address
Share (Edit/Delete)
Date & Time
Filters (Global activity)
Admins can filter the global activity list using the following search operators:

All columns can be sorted in ascending or descending order

User types
Two types of external users are logged on the issue activity list:
Authenticated users with a username
Anonymous users (access may vary depending on security configuration)
Authenticated users
Any external user that is logged in to Jira, these users have a username.
Anonymous users
Any external user with access to the issue, any activity on the issue is logged even if the user is not logged in to External Share. Depending on the project's security configuration, anonymous users may or may not have access to the Shares.
